What types of security does your facility offer?  
One of the best types of security a facility can offer is an onsite manager, which we have weekdays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. In addition, we also have a gated and fully fenced-in property, 21 security cameras recording day and night, and LED floodlights around the entire facility.

What hours can I access my storage unit? 
Our gate hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day of the year.

Are there any items prohibited from being stored in my unit? 
Yes, items which you may not store with Stowaway include explosives, corrosives, flammables, perishables, animals, anything that may be hazardous to the property, and/or any possession that is not allowed by law. 

What methods of payment do you accept? 
We accept credit or debit Cards, bank transfers, local checks, money orders, and cash payments.

Is there a late charge if I am late on my monthly payment? 
Yes, this information can be found on your Rental Agreement. 

Can a large moving van fit inside your facility? 
Yes, we can accommodate large box trucks. No 18-wheel semi trucks can enter the gate.

What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is a ground floor or outdoor unit with its own loading area. These units are ideal for storing large, heavy items or equipment since they allow you to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use the Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Am I committed to a certain lease length?
Our Rental Agreement is on a month to month basis. You can rent for as long or as short a time period as you’d like.
